What brides should eat before THESE 5 wedding events to stay healthy and fit?

Before the wedding, every bride-to-be needs to take extra care of their diet plan to stay fit, healthy and active. They should consult a dietician to have a strict guideline for their foods. But they have to be extra cautious for the important days of the wedding and the diet chart may also change slightly depending on the occasion.

For example, for your wedding dress shopping or fitting, you don’t want to feel bloated, so you need to consume foods that are helpful to reduce bloating.

These are the foods to eat before the important wedding events:

Wedding dress shopping

While going for your wedding dress shopping, avoid any processed or ordered foods as they are high in sodium content which causes bloating. Rather, simply stick to homecooked foods. But remember, you can’t have too much cereals as the fibre content also causes bloating. So, eat low-fat Greek yoghurt with

Couple has socially distanced wedding at nursing home so bride’s 89-year-old grandmother can attend

Father-in-law insults bride’s appearance at ‘surprise’ wedding, gets slammed online

A Reddit user was facing criticism last week after seeming to insult his daughter-in-law about how she looked at her “surprise” wedding.

The angry father-in-law posted about the incident on Reddit’s “Am I the A–h—” forum.

According to the user, who has since deleted his account, his son and daughter-in-law were married eight months ago but didn’t tell anyone in advance that their ceremony was happening.

Instead, the bride and groom invited everyone to attend a cocktail party, which was eventually where the couple said “I do.”

The father of the groom explained that his wife unintentionally wore white to the event. In the United States, wedding guests typically tend to avoid wearing white as a means to not distract from the bride.

According to the Redditor, his wife frequently wears white, so the newlyweds should have known to warn

Hoverboards, roller skating: Bride’s ‘obnoxious’ plan for first wedding dance ridiculed on internet

“Our first dance will have a video of how we met and our journey of how we got to where we are… the song is ‘Tell Your Heart to Beat Again’.”

Meanwhile, the ‘hoverboard dance’ will also have a video, featuring “all our guests, [the] years they’ve been married and their wedding advice to us”.

The bride intended the accompanying song to be ‘Honey I’m Good’ by Andy Grammar – infamously a song about a man wanting to cheat on his wife but choosing not to. Cute!

She also revealed plans to get her in-laws – who have been married 64 years – to take part in the roller skating dance as they met at a skating rink.

“I’m hoping to try to get them on skates, apparently his dad used to tap dance on skates. But they are old, obviously,” she added.

But if you’re worried the guests will
