Cynthia Bailey is getting married to Mike Hill

Bailey and Hill first met during an appearance on The Steve Harvey Show a few years back. She and Hill hit it off fast, despite the fact that Bailey once said that she would never get married again after her divorce from Peter Thomas. Bailey and Hill got married after just 14 months of dating.

She spoke about them potentially getting married back in 2018 when they were contemplating it. “You know, we’ve both been married before, so marriage is something we both understand,” she said. “We’re not jumping into this blind. We both have kids and we both

Fears people may be ‘factoring in Covid fines’ as a wedding cost as illegal gatherings continue to rise

Posted on by iwano@_84

People may be ‘factoring in Covid fines’ as a wedding cost with Greater Manchester Police breaking up several marriage celebrations, the deputy mayor fears.

Baroness Beverley Hughes says weddings ‘increasingly feature’ in the list of police call-outs to illegal gatherings, which is rising by the week.

Last month GMP handed out fines after around 100 people were found at a wedding party in Bolton, while another party was stopped in Manchester.

According to the latest government guidance, weddings and civil partnership ceremonies are limited to 15 people in both Bolton and Manchester provided that the venue is Covid-secure and social distancing requirements are met.

GMP continues to respond to reports of parties and funerals, with some funerals so large that they have required their own police operations.

This has added to ongoing resource issues within the force, which is spending up to £100,000 on special operations every weekend.

A WEDDING dress is a one-of-kind outfit and it’s a woman’s chance to go all out with trains, frills, giant skirts, lace and extravagant details.

But one bride opted for a ‘less is more’ approach, as she walked down the aisle in a sheer frock.

Her see-through dress left nothing to the imagination as she flaunted her suspenders through the material.

A snap of her revealing gown ended up on Reddit, where hundreds of people were in disbelief over her outfit choice.

People reckoned her dress was more like lingerie, as they branded the look ‘tacky’.

The person who shared the snap wrote: “I mean she looks great but NO FOR A WEDDING DRESS. S.K.A.N.K.Y.”

Oshawa wedding declared an outbreak event after eight people test positive for COVID-19

Attendees of a wedding held in Oshawa earlier this month are being urged to contact public health officials after eight people tested positive for COVID-19.

In a news release issued Wednesday, Durham Region said that those who attended the Sept. 19 event at the Caribbean Cultural Centre, located near Colonel Sam Drive and Farewell Street, may have been exposed to the disease.

About 50 guests were at the wedding, officials said, as well as eight to 10 staff and an unspecified number of volunteers.

“The Health Department has been notified of eight cases of COVID-19 associated with this event and is having difficulty obtaining a full list of attendees and their contact information,” the release reads.

“As a result of the eight positive cases of COVID-19, an outbreak has been declared at this wedding that took place at the Caribbean Cultural Centre.”

Officials say they are also in contact with

We got engaged on one very wet Thursday in August, while walking our dog in the rain, Pete got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. We decided on a date and fell in love with a venue near Frome, Somerset. Once the deposit was paid, we were able to start planning our perfect wedding day.

New coronavirus wedding rules mean you can actually only invite 13 people

It should be the happiest day of your life – but the pandemic is turning wedding dreams into messy nightmares.

The Government introduced tougher restrictions this week and from tomorrow, only 15 guests will be allowed at a wedding, which has been cut from 30.

And there is more bad news for the bride and groom too. Here’s what you need to know:

The sting in the tail.

The Government has said you can have only 15 people at the ceremony and reception. This has been interpreted as you are allowed to invite 15 people.

As a consequence, those who already have a wedding booked under the old restrictions have been trying to chop their list down to 15 loved ones.

But the law is you can have a maximum of 15 people at the ceremony and reception – and this includes the bride and groom plus any third party

Why are weddings being restricted when any number of people can go to the pub? | UK News

We have spent hundreds of hours making floral wreaths for the church, table decorations, garlands for all the fireplaces in the house, and I asked friends and family to save all their flower petals so I could make our confetti.

Every supplier was booked, deposits all paid, but then came the announcement in March: No weddings. Then that became weddings of five, weddings of 30, and now weddings of 15.

Can people dance at weddings in NSW?

Wedding restrictions in NSW have been eased to allow dancing three months after it was banned to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

As a result of consistently declining coronavirus numbers, NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said on Thursday dancing would be allowed again at weddings – but with a strange requisition.

Weddings held in the state are allowed to have as many as 150 guests under current coronavirus rules.

But when it comes to the dance floor, only 20 people will be allowed to let loose – while the other wedding guests watch on.

And, those lucky enough to strut their stuff will have to be designated in advance by the bride and groom.

“Bridal parties of up to 20 can be on the dance floor, but I stress, it is the same 20 – you cannot have a roster of different guests of 20,” Ms Berejiklian said.

“It has to

As we hit “wedding season” the industry is coming back to life under Level 1 of the national lockdown.

According to the relaxed regulations on gatherings, there’s a limit of 250 people allowed indoors and 500 outdoors to enforce social distancing.

Remember that the number of guests at your wedding cannot exceed 50% of venue capacity, so you’ll be paying more for less, in effect.
